该合集汇聚了The Chieftains从1963年至2012年间的主要录音室专辑、现场专辑及合作专辑，其中包括与Van Morrison合作的《Irish Heartbeat》、与James Galway合作的《In Ireland》及《Over The Sea To Skye》、与Ry Cooder合作的《San Patricio》等。 现场专辑与致敬作品（如《Live from Dublin - A Tribute to Derek Bell》）则记录了乐队成员间默契的即兴互动与舞台魅力。
